Theory Hub UK Theory Test

What does this sign mean?

Why this is the answer

This sign is found where a shallow stream crosses the road. Heavy rainfall could increase the flow of water. If the water looks too deep or the stream has spread over a large distance, stop and find another route.

Why the other answers don't fit

A
Uneven road surface — That shows a bumpy profile.
B
Bridge over the road — A bridge is signed with a height limit.
C
Road ahead ends — That would be a no-through-road sign.
