Why this is the answer

Be prepared for traffic approaching from junctions on either side of you. Try to avoid unnecessary changing of lanes just before the junction.

Two-way traffic straight ahead — That sign shows the arrows on your own road.

Two-way traffic over a bridge — No such sign exists.
D
Two-way traffic crosses a two-way road — That would be an ordinary crossroads warning.
