UK theory test in Arabic
You cannot sit the UK theory test in Arabic — since 2014 it is English or Welsh only. What you can do is learn every question in Arabic first, so that on the day the English sentence on the screen is one you have already understood. That is what this site is built for, and it costs nothing.

What a question looks like
English
Which type of crossing allows cyclists to ride across with pedestrians?
Answer: Toucan
العربية
أي نوع من المعابر يسمح لراكبي الدراجات بالعبور مع المشاة؟
توكان (Toucan)
Note that the answer keeps the English word in brackets. Crossing names are what appears on the exam screen, so you learn the meaning in Arabic and the English word you will actually have to recognise.
Arabic reads right to left, so the whole Arabic side of this site — menus, buttons, question text — is laid out right to left too, not English pages with Arabic dropped into them.
The words that catch Arabic speakers out
British road vocabulary has no clean Arabic equivalent: dual carriageway, hard shoulder, pelican and toucan crossings, give way. Translating them loosely on the day is how people lose marks. Seeing them beside their Arabic meaning, question after question, is how they stop being unfamiliar.
Can I sit the test in Arabic?
No. Foreign-language voiceovers and interpreters were withdrawn in 2014, and the test is now English or Welsh only. There is support available if you find reading difficult or you are deaf — what you can and cannot ask for.
