Where are you not allowed to park?
- A In a one-way street
- B In a home zone
- C In a bus lane, outside of its hours of operation
- D On zigzag lines near a pedestrian crossing
Why this is the answer
Parking near a pedestrian crossing creates an obstruction that prevents both drivers and pedestrians from having a clear view. Careless parking is selfish and could put other road users in danger.
Why the other answers don't fit
- A
- In a one-way street — A one-way street can be parked in, often on either side.
- B
- In a home zone — A home zone restricts speed and layout, not parking outright.
- C
- In a bus lane, outside of its hours of operation — Outside its hours a bus lane may be used for parking where the signs allow.
