Theory Hub UK Theory Test

You’re at the scene of an incident. How could you help someone who's suffering from shock?

Why this is the answer

If someone is suffering from shock, try to keep them warm and as comfortable as you can. Do not give them anything to eat or drink but reassure them confidently and try not to leave them alone.

Why the other answers don't fit

B
Keep them moving — Movement makes shock worse rather than better.
C
Give them a warm drink — Nothing by mouth for someone in shock, warm or otherwise.
D
Offer them some food — Nothing to eat either.
