Which road users benefit from toucan crossings?

Why this is the answer

Toucan crossings are similar to pelican crossings but there's no flashing amber phase. Cyclists share the crossing with pedestrians and are allowed to cycle across when the green bicycle symbol is shown.

Why the other answers don't fit

A
Car drivers and motorcyclists — Crossings are for the people crossing, not for the traffic.
C
Bus and lorry drivers — The same again: the crossing is for the people on foot and on bikes, not the traffic.
D
Tram and train drivers — Trams and trains have crossings and signals of their own.
