What should a bus driver do to help passengers have a good journey?

Why this is the answer

Nobody likes to be late, but you should not let the pressure of your timetable make you feel you have to rush people. Being pleasant to your passengers and showing them some common courtesies will encourage them to use your service again.

Why the other answers don't fit

A
Keep to the timetable regardless of comfort — Keeping time at the cost of comfort is the trade-off the paper keeps asking you not to make.
B
Drive on before people are seated — Moving off before people are seated is how passengers fall.
C
Look ahead when issuing tickets — Looking ahead while issuing tickets means not looking at the person in front of you.
