In Wales, what's usually the speed limit on a road that has street lights?

Why this is the answer

If there are no speed limit signs, street lights in Wales usually indicate a 20 mph speed limit. In England, Scotland and Northern Ireland street lights indicate a 30 mph speed limit unless signs show otherwise.

Why the other answers don't fit

B
30 mph — 30 mph is the English and Scottish default; Wales lowered it.
C
40 mph — 40 mph is a signed limit, not a default.
D
60 mph — 60 mph applies where there is no street lighting.
