What markings should be fitted to a lorry with a maximum authorised mass of more than 7,500 kg?

Why this is the answer

Motor vehicles over 7,500 kg maximum authorised mass (MAM) and trailers over 3,500 kg MAM should have these markings fitted to the rear of the vehicle/trailer.

Why the other answers don't fit

A
— A black diamond on a yellow plate is not a goods-vehicle rear marking.
B
— Black and yellow chevrons on a curved board are a roadside marker at a bend.
D
— Black and white chevrons are also a roadside bend marker, not a vehicle plate.
