What does this sign mean?
- A Multi-exit roundabout
- B Risk of ice
- C 6 roads converge
- D Place of historical interest
Why this is the answer
It will take up to 10 times longer to stop when it’s icy. Where there's a risk of icy conditions, you need to be aware of this and take extra care. If you think the road may be icy, do not brake or steer harshly, as your tyres could lose their grip on the road.
Why the other answers don't fit
- A
- Multi-exit roundabout — A roundabout warning shows a circular arrangement of arrows.
- C
- 6 roads converge — Junction warnings show the actual layout of the roads.
- D
- Place of historical interest — That would be a brown sign.
